Wash off any makeup or SPF with a gentle cleanser first. Then work through your lighter, more watery products such as toner or serum, since those need to go on before anything thicker.
Once those have absorbed, take a pea-sized amount of the 345 Relief Cream and gently press or massage it into your face and neck. It has a soft gel-cream texture so it spreads easily without needing much product. Use it as either your last step or second-to-last if you're layering a heavier cream or SPF on top.
You can use it both morning and night. If your skin is on the drier side, it works well underneath a richer moisturiser to lock in extra hydration. For normal to oily or combination skin, it's typically enough on its own as your final moisture step.
