Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through the website of Purely Cosmetic FZ LLC(“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below:

1. Delivery Partner

  • Deliveries are handled by our contracted third-party logistics partner (“Delivery Partner”).

  • Once an order has been dispatched, the Delivery Partner is solely responsible for the handling, transportation, and final delivery of your package.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (UAE): Next-day delivery within major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Dubai for orders confirmed before the cut-off time.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations, including Ruwais and certain non-urban areas, may take longer and may incur additional fees.

  • Public Holidays & Ramadan: Delivery times may be affected by UAE public holidays and reduced Ramadan operating hours.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, operational delays).

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and service selected.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Rescheduled or rejected deliveries by the customer.

    • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas.

    • Cash-on-Delivery orders (subject to a handling fee).

4. Delivery Attempts & Rejections

  • The Delivery Partner will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer’s cost.

  • If you reject a delivery without valid reason (e.g., damaged product or late delivery outside the confirmed window), delivery charges will still apply.

5. Risk & Liability

  • Ownership of goods passes to you upon successful delivery to your designated address.

  • Purely Cosmetic FZ LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Delays caused by the Delivery Partner, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    • Loss or damage to goods after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • In the event of delivery disputes, claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery to our customer care team at support@itzelcosmetics.com.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  • Ensure availability to receive the order during the confirmed delivery window.

  • Inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if the order is incorrect or damaged.
