Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider, and not directly by Ītzel Cosmetics. While we aim to ensure prompt service, delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select areas including Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, subject to availability.

  • Delivery fees may apply based on the customer’s location, order size, courier availability, and delivery type (e.g., same-day, remote zone).

  • Once the item has been dispatched, Ītzel Cosmetics is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier company.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 calendar days from the date the item is delivered to the customer.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Items that are opened, tampered with, or used will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance.

  • Return shipping fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven to be defective upon delivery.

  • Once a return is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

  • Promotional items, discounted goods, or free gifts

  • Products without original packaging or tamper seals

4. Legal Notice

  • All transactions are governed under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Ītzel Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms without prior notice.

  • By placing an order on our platform, the customer agrees to the above terms in full.
