1. Delivery Terms

Delivery is fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider, and not directly by Ītzel Cosmetics. While we aim to ensure prompt service, delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select areas including Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, subject to availability.

Delivery fees may apply based on the customer’s location, order size, courier availability, and delivery type (e.g., same-day, remote zone).

Once the item has been dispatched, Ītzel Cosmetics is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier company.
2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted within 3 calendar days from the date the item is delivered to the customer.

Returned items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are opened, tampered with, or used will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance.

Return shipping fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven to be defective upon delivery.

Once a return is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

Promotional items, discounted goods, or free gifts

Products without original packaging or tamper seals
4. Legal Notice

All transactions are governed under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
